Eighteen Weeks of Local Produce Direct from our Fields

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has become a popular way for people to enjoy fresh grown, local produce throughout the entire growing season. The Verrill Farm CSA program is great way to establish healthy eating habits and broaden your palate by enjoying the vast variety of fresh, high quality produce grown right here on our farm. In line with our mission, we aim to supply the highest quality and best tasting fruits and vegetables to our CSA customers while doing our part to take care of the land on which we farm. To fulfill this pledge, we have and always will continue to practice sustainable agriculture for all of our growing practices! This year we are offering two different Verrill Farm CSA share options and two add-on shares from our local farm friends. Our 2024 CSA program began June 26th. The 2020 CSA Season Begins June 10th

Our 2020 CSA pick ups begin June 10th and run through October 29th.

Due to demand we have opened up an additional CSA pickup day on Wednesdays. Wednesday shares are limited and will be closed when sold out.

CSA Pickup occurs every Thursday from 1PM – 7PM and every Wednesday from 3PM – 7PM.

Maintaining a Safe CSA Pickup Environment

Covid-19 is changing the way that we all do things. We have had a number of questions from past and perspective CSA members about how we will maintain a safe pickup environment. We have been implementing measures to help protect our customers and staff members in the farm stand already and we plan to continue to employ similar measures for our CSA members. Among others, you can expect the following measures to be put in place during your CSA pickup:
  • As always, all Verrill Farm produce will continue to be harvested, handled and washed by gloved employees.
  • Hand washing stations & gloves will be provided as needed for customers at CSA pickup.
  • We are using a larger tented area that will allow us to space out the CSA produce better and will allow easier distancing for customers picking up their shares each week.
  • We are limiting the number of people inside the tent picking up at any single time so that customers can maintain proper distancing.
  • The pickup area will be set up with a one way flow which will also help with spacing.
These measures will continue to be evaluated and tweaked as time passes. Additionally, we are offering a prepacked Speedy Share option for any customers that are interested in a contact free curbside pickup CSA option.
