We’re open year-round and offer activities for all ages in every season. Join us for winter events, including Greenhouse Pancake Breakfasts, Gingerbread House Workshops, and the Winter Flower Bar. In the summer, we offer festivals, farm-to-table dinners, pick-your-own experiences, and more.

Pick Your Own Sunflowers - Sunflower Season has ended - we'll see you next year!

Come down to the farm for our annual Sunflower experience! Explore our expansive sunflower field, featuring a wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes all ready for you to pick.

Purchase your field pass online before your visit or at our PYO Wagon, and immerse yourself in thousands of beautiful blooms!

Sunflower Professional Photography Sessions - Select August Evenings

Our picturesque sunflower field is the perfect backdrop for your special photo shoot- engagement sessions, family portraits, newborn shoots and more! Take advantage of this fantastic, exclusive and convenient location.
This 90 minute session occurs during the golden hour (6-7:30pm) and allows you to enjoy the sunflower field without crowds!
These sessions are semi-private and we allow no more than 3 photographers to use this large space during each session.
Please note that you must hire/bring your own Professional Photographer

Corn & Tomato Festival - Saturday, August 15th - 11am-2pm

Join us for our annual Corn & Tomato Festival! Admission includes corn and tomato samples as well as a trip through our corn and tomato tasting tent, which features dishes made in our farm kitchen highlighting our delicious corn and tomatoes. Come enjoy live music by Rivers Between, delicious food and feel free to bring blankets and chairs!

C & C Lobster & Fish at Verrill Farm - Saturdays - 1-3pm (8/22 only - 11am-1pm)

We are excited to host C & C Lobster & Fish every Saturday at the farm! They’ll be selling fresh fish in their tent out front. Their weekly selection includes fresh cut fillets of Cod, Haddock, Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna Steaks, Halibut, Trout, Arctic Char, Sea Scallops & Shrimp.

Farm to Table Dinner - Thursday, August 20th - 6-8pm

Join us as the Verrill Farm chefs prepare a vegetable centric dinner, including appetizers and dessert and showcasing our own freshly harvested crops. Event features a cash bar offering wine & beer, live music and stunning views of the growing fields.

Sunflower Soiree- Tuesday, August 11th - 5:30-7pm

Join us for a celebration of Sunflower Season and  enjoy a beautiful evening by the sunflower field. The evening will feature live music, appetizers, drinks (beer, wine and a special cocktail!) and exclusive access to the PYO Sunflower patch.

Admission includes delicious appetizers prepared by our talented chefs, a drink ticket and a bouquet of 5 sunflowers of your choice.

This is the perfect event to don your Sunflower best! A prize will be given to the best sunflower-themed outfit!

Cousins Maine Lobster at Verrill Farm- Friday, August 21st - 11:30am-7pm

Our friends at Cousins Maine Lobster will be outside the farmstand selling their fresh & delicious Lobster goods! Lobster rolls, bisque, mac & cheese and more. Don’t forget to pop into the farmstand after to pick up some dessert!

Painting with Wool - Sunflower Needle Felting Workshop - Tuesday, August 25th - 5-6:30pm

Join local fiber artist Rachel Benson from The Fiber Web the learn the art of needle felting!
In this fun summer class you will learn how to paint with wool by layering small pieces of colored wool to create a whimsical 5×7 sunflower scene you can frame! This class is open to adults/teens and kids age 9-11 can attend with a parent.

*Please note- Children ages 9-11 will need to be accompanied by a parent (you can purchase a single ticket and just stick around for support or join in the fun and sign up together!) .

Early Morning Corn Picking with Steve Verrill- Saturday, August 29th - 6-7:30am

Join Steve Verrill & the farm crew for an early morning, hands-on experience!

 Pick your own sweet corn  ($10 per family – maximum one dozen ears per family.)

The group will meet at the farm stand at 6 am prompt and caravan to the corn field.

Concord Ag Day- Saturday, September 12th - 10am-2pm

Join Verrill Farm and local Concord farmers at Ag Day on Main Street!
Concord Ag Day is a once a year farmers’ market celebrating local agriculture organized by the Concord Agriculture Committee to showcase Concord farms and local produce. This unique market showcases the bounty of Concord’s many farm businesses at the height of the growing season.

Cousins Maine Lobster at Verrill Farm- Friday, September 18th - 11:30am-7pm

Stone Soup Dinner - Sunday, September 20th - 4:00-7:00pm

The 15th Annual Stone Soup Dinner! Join us for a beautiful evening on the farm, supporting Concord Agriculture and enjoying Concord-grown produce prepared by Concord Chefs. This special event is not just a feast for your palate; it’s a celebration of our local farmers and the hard work they put into maintaining the agricultural spirit of Concord. The evening will feature a guest speaker, live music by Three Rivers Bluegrass Band and delicious food.

October 2026

Pick Your Own Pumpkins- October Weekends

Choose your favorite pumpkin from an extensive selection ranging from sugar pumpkins to specialty and Jack-o’-Lanterns. The pumpkin patch is open each weekend in October.

Harvest Festival - Saturday, October 3rd - 10am-2pm

Our annual fundraiser to support Pediatric Care at Emerson Hospital returns for it’s 20th year!

A day of family fun featuring games and prizes, live music by John Fitzsimmons, PYO pumpkins, Goats & Giggles petting zoo, raffles and a la cart food.
All pumpkin sales during the festival will go towards Pumpkins for Pediatrics at Emerson Hospital.
This event is the largest annual fundraiser for Pediatric Care at Emerson Hospital and your attendance at this festival will fund ongoing programming.
