Tart Dough
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. cold, cubed butter
  • 3 eggs mixed with 1 tbls. cold water
  • pinch of salt


Place the dry ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture looks crumbly. Pour the egg and water mixture into the feed tube and pulse until the mixture starts to come together. Turn out onto the counter and form into a log, wrap with plastic and chill until ready to use. Makes enough for three 9" tarts or 15 smaller tarts.
