Pumpkin Pie - 9"

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs

  • 2 3/4 cups pumpkin

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3/4 tsp ground cloves

  • 2 1/4 cups evaporated milk
Method

Combine the dry ingredients and add the pumpkin and the eggs.

Mix until well blended and add the evaporated milk.

Pour into a 9" pie crust and bake at 300°F until set, about 35 - 40 minutes.
