Maple Balsamic Fig Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white fig vinegar*
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Combine garlic, salt & pepper with vinegar and mix until salt & pepper are dissolved.

Mix in syrup.

Whisk in oil in steady stream.

* available at Verrill Farm and specialty food stores.
If not available, use white balsamic vinegar.
